The transformer is not included and must be sourced separately.– We recommend consulting your licensed electrician regarding transformer requirements.– This heated towel rail operates on 12 V AC and draws 20W. It must be connected via a safety isolating transformer (SELV) compliant with (AS/NZS 61558). Ensure the transformer provides a constant 12 V AC output.– If you are installing more than one heated towel rail, please consult your electrician as transformer requirements will differ.– The uncoated, raw construction of this product means it will naturally oxidise, causing it to age and change over time.
